1. Scope of Services:
1.1 AmarBhaw Group, herein referred to as “Service Provider,” offers services related to the erection of Transmission and Distribution lines.
1.2 The Service Provider operates in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, boasting an experienced team with a successful track record in projects with government agencies and large private sector companies.
2. Project Engagement:
2.1 Clients engaging AmarBhaw Group’s services agree to provide necessary project information, access, and cooperation essential for the successful execution of the project.
2.2 Any changes to the project scope must be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Payment Terms:
3.1 Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project-specific agreement.
3.2 Invoices are payable within [number] days from the date of issuance.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information and proprietary data disclosed during the course of engagement.
5. Quality Assurance:
5.1 The Service Provider commits to delivering services of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
5.2 Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns promptly, and the Service Provider will make commercially reasonable efforts to address and rectify them.
6. Timelines and Delays:
6.1 Project timelines will be defined in the project agreement.
6.2 Delays caused by factors beyond the Service Provider’s control may lead to an extension of project timelines, with reasonable notice provided to the client.
7. Governing Law:
7.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Rajasthan/India].
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
8. Termination:
